As early as the 2000s, the group already had a showcase website, then in 2010-2011, it launched Kelelek, its B2C online platform. Bold decisions that placed CA2E among the precursors in its sector in recognizing the role that the web would play in the distribution of products.

Thanks to this anticipated digital presence, CA2E was able to expand its operations and develop its activities significantly, before looking at B2B, which was still slow to transition to digital.

With more than 40 years of experience in the sector, CA2E has become aware of the importance of online commerce to remain competitive in an increasingly digitized B2B market. With this in mind, CA2E called on our services to establish a B2B distribution solution combining efficiency and ergonomics, both for their customers and for their employees!

Faced with the mobility challenges of B2B professionals, a mobile application was initially designed, allowing a constant connection with customers, wherever they are. Then, a B2B e-commerce site interconnected with the application was launched, innovating in the e-commerce approach while offering a fluid and accessible user experience.

Each customer can benefit from personalized discounts, adjusted in a single click by an employee, to offer a tailor-made shopping experience while promoting customer loyalty.

Thanks to stock rotations and the popularity of the most ordered products, the most relevant results are displayed for the user.

Thanks to the analysis of orders placed in stores over the last few years, it was possible to define which products customers regularly bought together, in order to offer them on each product sheet.

The interface offers a detailed overview of the stock available in each branch, allowing customers to choose their collection agency.

Customer carts are connected to the CA2E mobile application, allowing customers to continue shopping on various devices at their convenience, improving the flexibility and convenience of the shopping experience.

To better manage inventory, we adapted the steps according to CA2E's sales plan. For example, for a product in stock that would not be included in the sales plan, then its pitch is one unit until the stock is exhausted and then returns to the originally planned pace.

The platform alerts CA2E when a shortage of stock is imminent, to allow proactive measures to be taken to avoid the unavailability of products and to maintain consistent quality customer service.
