PASS Transitions (up to €70,000)

Eligible transactions

Investment component: equipment for monitoring and reducing energy, water and waste consumption and for the production of photovoltaic energy;
Advice component: benefits, training expenses for carrying out a study, audit, diagnosis, relating to transitions;
Human Resources component: personnel expenses relating to the recruitment of a time-sharing person occupying a strategic position in terms of transitions (e.g. CSR manager, energy management).

CAP'TN - Digital Transformation (up to €200,000)

Eligible transactions‍

Advice component: Encourage the company in its development efforts to call on external advice in digital transformation or to prevent cyber risk. The support will be for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 12 months.
Investment component: Digital investments with a program of up to 24 months. Requires a study and recommendation report dating back less than 12 months.

(up to €20,000)

Eligible transactions‍

Creation/takeover: Investments that can be depreciated in the 12 months following the takeover or creation, repurchases of shares.
Development: New, used or refurbished production equipment that is fixed and depreciable (excluding identical renewal), specific touring equipment, shop front fittings, etc.
